Returns and cancellations Policy


Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched. If you decide to cancel the order after it is dispatched, it will be treated as a return request (see the following section).

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Books are not returnable unless it have missing pages.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  1. Items that have visible signs of use.
  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  3. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Returns due to our fault

Shipping charges are refunded on returns that are due to our fault or damage during shipping.

Returns for other reasons

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer if the return is due to customer not liking the item(s). 5% fee is applied to service such return requests.

Initiating a return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

If the items delivered to you do not include all of the items that you ordered in any particular order or include incorrect items, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible.

All the products delivered to you should be handled by you. In any event, our liability is limited to the price of the items or the cost of replacing such items. Whatsoever the reason is, the compensation should not exceed the cost of the product.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
